Talking Tom & Friends: World is a unique game where you are able to play your own way!
Have the characters interact with the world and objects around them, create unique stories, and even your own customized character. There are no limits to what the world has to offer! Don't forget to check the store to unlock special outfits, new locations, and awesome new characters!

How to unlock new locations?
Locations that are locked (symbolized by a red lock on them) can be obtained by purchasing them in the store.
Tap on the location that you want to unlock and you will automatically be shown the option to purchase it. Alternatively, you can tap on the shopping cart on the top right of the screen and browse through the available offers. Once purchased, the new locations will be immediately available for an unlimited time.

How do I create a character?
You can make your own customized character by clicking on the character creator icon on the top left of the screen.
Where are the other characters?
You can place new characters in the world by clicking on the characters panel on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Just drag and drop the character that you want to play with into the world.

I deleted a character by mistake. What now?
Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we can't restore characters that were deleted, but we are sure that you will manage to make one that looks even better!
How to turn the game into night?
You can tap on the sun and it will magically turn into a moon, bringing a cozy night time!
If you can't find it in your current location, you can return to the world map and tap on the sun there.
When tapping on the sun, the lighting will change in all the locations. For example, if you select the house and go to the backyard, you will have a beautiful starry sky for Talking Tom and your Friends to enjoy!

Do you have a great story that you think your friends will enjoy? No worries, we've got you covered!
Use the screen recording button on the top right of the screen (it looks like a little camera). Just wait for the countdown and then record your gameplay. When you've finished recording, just click on the 'stop' button on the top right, and then save or share your video.

Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we don't have access to videos as they are saved locally on your device. If you forget to hit the save button we can't retrieve it for you but don't worry, even the best movie directors need more than one take to make the perfect scene!

The game saves the progress automatically on your local device. It's not possible to transfer progress (like for example, customized characters) to another device or if you delete the game.

My game isn't working as I expected.
We’re sorry that something’s not working with your game. First things first – try restarting the game (switching it off, then on again). Did that work? If not, save your progress, then delete and reinstall the game. To save your progress, you need to connect the game to Google Play. Here’s how:
1. Update the game to the latest version.
2. Open the game and go to Settings.
3. Make sure the Connect To Google Play option is ticked and your internet connection is turned on. (Please note that the Google Play connection won’t be available for our younger players, as part of our protections).
4. Your progress will now be automatically saved and you can uninstall the game. When you reinstall the game, simply connect to Google Play again, and you’ll be given the option to load your old game.
If that doesn’t help, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
